In development
A team of AI agents where each one owns its part of the system, with its own tools, memory and limits of authority. A routing layer decides who handles what. Standards load at the moment the work needs them, and audit findings are checked by a second agent whose job is to refute them.
In business processes
An AI assistant for an operations specialist who does not write code: a daily list of problem operations with a recommendation for each, turnover reports and capital-use audits straight from the production database, with no developer involved. A support agent drafts replies to customers, and a person chooses and sends one.
In management
Organisational memory: a knowledge base that agents read before work and extend after every failure, so knowledge survives changes of people and sessions. Every agent run is recorded, and process changes are judged by measurements, not by impression. AI recommends, a person decides.
